These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services and products provided by Truecut Media. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Licensing

TrueCut Media and the client share licensing rights for creative projects, enabling creative ownership. This structure allows both parties to utilise their work for their needs. Raw files belong to TrueCut Media, similar to a chef keeping their sauce. If the client needs the sauce, we can discuss it beforehand.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Our projects typically take 1 to 4 weeks to complete, balancing efficiency with quality. This allows for thorough planning and feedback, ensuring satisfactory outcomes. Any changes to this timeline should be discussed at the start.

3. Payments

We require a 50% deposit to be paid prior to starting a project, with the remaining 50% due prior to the delivery of the final content. Late payments incur a 5% weekly interest charge. This is our standard agreement unless otherwise negotiated.
