Project Description
BMW Motorrad needed hero imagery for the G 310 range. We delivered a campaign that started on an Auckland beach at golden hour and ended up on billboards and adverts across the Asia Pacific region.
The brief was premium lifestyle photography that captured the environments of the bikes in hero imagery form. We location scouted and directed a shoot on location with Rangitoto as the backdrop, two bikes, two riders, and a timed sunset that did most of the heavy lifting. To best display the sportier city built model, we captured rolling and stationary shots around the Auckland area, at times placing it's larger brother behind to display the idea that this is a multi-range new product. The imagery landed with BMW Motorrad's German headquarters, who picked it up for regional distribution across their Asia Pacific markets, the best part is, that wasn't the plan. The images made the marketing departments around the world so happy that our local shoot, ended up with global reach. A milestone moment for TRUECUT's creative ambition.
